WALEA is a nail salon & spa located in the heart of Kakaako at 'A'ali'i Shops. The 1,200 SQFT space was a gravel pit when the owners started construction so we started designing with the entrance glass doors. The overall feel is simple and subtle with repetitive finishes to give WALEA it’s own sense of branding. The goal was to create a space that is unique to WALEA and can be replicated as they expand locations.
